This Word/Play was painted on the outside of a 4th grade classroom.While the young students were inside learning how to put 2 and 2 together,I was outside trying my best to do the same!

Reverse psychology works most of the time for painting illegally but, heat stroke kills!I started to paint this piece illegally in the morning but after just 2 hours it was the intense sun and heat that stopped me.That same night I returned to finish but the night security guard was already waiting for me."IF YOU CAN'T STAND THE HEAT, GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN."

This abandoned Christian monastery was very "Spooky" to say the least.The former alter had long burn marks reaching all the way up to the ceiling.Who knows, maybe they were also BURNING THE CANDLE AT BOTH ENDS as well?

This location in Sao Paulo is full of intersecting transportation lines. Train, metro, bus and traffic lines all intersect here making it a "HOT/LINE" There were holes in this particular wall so I made even more linesby installing and "sewing" this string thru the wall to the overhead cables.

My friend and fellow Artist ElTono and I were painting next to each otherIn an area of Buenos Aires that had huge walls to paintbut was known by locals to be "unsafe" at times. ElTono and I were in the middle of each doing our painting when 2 kids about 18 years old approached us.In no time at all 1 of the kids pulled out a gun and said he wasgoing to rob us and for us to give them everything we had.I pretended not to know Spanish or what he was saying but he was not believing it.It was only until he pointed the gun at me and said if I don't give him everythinghe was going to shoot me! My camera and pocket change was not worth the possibleinjury or death so I had to part with my belongings."WIPE IT" was a symbolic painting for me as I wanted to cleanse and WIPE freethe negative experience and move forward.
